Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Kale, Caramelized Onions, Fried Sage, and Crispy Pancetta

Gnocchi recipe here. We found that it needed more flour (almost 2 cups more), but I'd say just use your instincts.

Did I tell you I bailed on making all three in one night? Instead I'm doing a gnocchi week, and I will be a master by the end of the week if it kills me (it might). Tonight I made this one, with the carm-ons and kale. There was no good-looking sage in the market today so I used dried, a nice subtle flavor. There will be pics soon, I imagine. Thanks!
