Pineapple Salsa

I made this to go with fish tacos, but I think it would also be great with pulled pork.

2 C pineapple, finely diced
1 habanero pepper, chopped as fine as you can get it
1 serrano pepper, also chopped very fine
1/4 large onion, finely diced
1 Tbs finely chopped cilantro
1 Tbs finely chopped mint
Juice of one lime
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients.
